OUR APPROACH
We set up a Google Form to collect invoice data, automatically populating a Google Sheet for easy access and organization. Custom scripts were developed to fetch this data and merge it with a tailored invoice template in Google Docs. The merged invoices were converted into PDFs and automatically saved to a designated Google Drive folder.
